I wonder where I'll be in a year. the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction studies and my diet change has made a huge difference in my symptoms. Not as much as yours!!<br /><br />The stress of this move has but a strain on me. I'm hoping when things settle down....or does that happen?.....things will start improving more. However, with my other conditions I'm not sure how things will go. We'll see. <br /><br />I keep sending positive thoughts your way and will continue to check on you, always want to make sure my friend is doing well.<br />I really couldn't be more pleased for you!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
